  She is now a senior executive, having worked her way up through the company.


    I think it is good to have an internship before the students graduate.But the intern in the article is working for free and It ’s not fair that some people still have internship opportunities through relationships.I think everyone has to make fair competition internship opportunities,and the company has to pay some salary for those intern because they also work for company so they can be rewarded.
